Registration Opens!
To participate in the 2025 Main Residency Match, you'll need to create an R3 account. An R3 account is a platform used for registering for the match and interacting with the matching process. Both NRMP and application service registration are required. Standard registration for the 2025 match closes on January 31, 2025.

Standard Registration Deadline

There is a $50 additional fee for late registration after January 31.

Ranking Begins!
Applicants can now log in to their R3 accounts to finalize their Rank Order List (ROL). The number of available positions for each residency program (quota) has been determined and can be viewed. Medical schools are starting to verify students' graduation qualifications. There is a great resource HERE on how to create a Rank Order List (ROL).
