Curriculum & Education
Overview
Founded in the osteopathic tradition, the program integrates the principles of continuity, whole person, and family care, while maintaining a guided philosophy of caring for the mind-body-spirit with attention to its relation to health. Our curriculum is designed to train our residents to become osteopathic family physicians to the highest scope of their specialty.
Application
The Family Medicine residency is a 24-resident program with 24 positions in an 8-8-8 configuration (Traditional Family Medicine). The residency program will be conducting virtual interviews. Applications will only be accepted through the match process (ERAS).

All of our residency positions are ACGME accredited with Osteopathic Recognition.

Benefits Overview
CME Allowance: PGY-1, PGY-2, and PGY-3 residents receive a 5-day leave to attend conferences with expenses reimbursed up to $1500. Professional Fees: Florida State Medical License and DEA license fees covered, as well as the cost of necessary certification classes.
