Curriculum & Education
Overview
The curriculum includes a Longitudinal Didactic Series and integrated training in Adult and Pediatric Emergency Medicine, among other components that provide residents with the foundational knowledge, skills, and attitudes for emergency medicine.
Application
Applications must be submitted through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS). The deadline for completed application is December 1st. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Applicants who meet all eligibility requirements will be granted an interview. Interviews are held from November through late January.

CME Allowance: First-year expenses reimbursed up to $1500, second-year expenses reimbursed up to $1500, third-year expenses reimbursed up to $1500. Other benefits include being an unopposed resident at a high-volume community site (over 90,000 patients), residents off the night before didactics, access to a state-of-the-art simulation center, professional fees covered (Florida State Medical License and DEA license/training fees), and a physician lounge providing breakfast and lunch options.
