Clearly one of the best programs in the country. The operative experience is incredible and the residents leave the program extremely well-trained. There are minimal fellows and there is great early hands-on experience.

The residents all clearly love hanging out together and there is a very supportive culture. The residents now have the highest salary when corrected for cost of living out of any top 20 program. Dr. LaPorte is the best program director I have come across anywhere in the country. She is so incredibly supportive of the residents and responsive to their needs.
